Thai green papaya salad:

Chopped romaine, grape tomatoes, Japanese cucumber, a couple ounces of chicken breast, some avacado, a few sliced grapes and a couple slices of a nectarine, and either some Red Shell Miso dressing or I make some dressing (with rice vinegar+a tiny bit of mayo+a little bit of sesame oil+a splash of tempura dipping sauce...whip them together) A tablespoon or so of either dressing works. Just enough to give a splash of enhancement to the other flavors of the salad.0
