1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/8 cup shredded mexican cheese 2%
1/3 package Oscar Meyer Deli Fresh Southwest chicken diced up
Dressing:

My favorite salad is tomato and cucumber.
Quarter 1 ripe tomato (or cut however you prefer)
Cut whole cucumber in half, then slice about 1/3" slices
Mix...then add whatever cheese you want -I usually use cubed cheese of mozzarella or pepper jack
Add balsamic vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, and olive oil
Mix all together.
I also found this salad that my company store makes and I love it but I'm sure it's real high in calories. I haven't made it yet but I might tonight for dinner:
Grilled chicken (shredded or chunked)
Walden Farms Mayonnaise (plain or flavored)
Chopped celery
Cranberries
*If using plain WF mayo, add Mrs. Dash for flavor
Put in a wrap, on whole wheat bread, or enjoy as is!0 -
Rainbow salad mix (from Manns) it contains red cabbage, carrot, brocolli and cauliflower
chick peas
green olives
feta cheese
Kraft Roasted red pepper dressing
Dash of balsamic, salt and pepper
Delish and even better the next day0 -
