    Didn't quite make it, but decided half-way through the week that trying to play catch up for my week 1 shortage was a bad idea since it was race week. Either way - KILLED it on the bike course this morning and our team got 3rd in the co-ed relay. Still short of the minimum 3,500 goal, but I've got next week to try again!

    Well I didn't make it, but I got pretty close!! I'm still pleased as it was a lot more than I usually burn, even though I ended up 700g heaver at the end of it all!!

    I was a bit short this week, but I also didn't join until Wednesday. Next week I'm all over it. Thank you to the starter of this challenge. Looking back I have found I take more rest days than I should and don't work as hard without a calorie burn goal. This is really great. Thank you.
