    Mon: calories burned: 0 (rest day... sure I walked around a bit, but nothing major)
    Tues: calories burned: 837 (P90-X: Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X)
    Wed: calories burned: 695 (P90-X: Kenpo X)
    Thur: calories burned: 580 (P90-X: Chest & Back, no abs - had an early meeting, a late night, and just couldn't get up at 5:30...)
