What a great idea!!
Week 1
Weekly Goal: 3500
Mon: 590 calories burned (Cycling to and from work - 22km)
Tues: 1000 calories burned (Cycling to and from work - 22km and 5km Run)
Wed: 1000 calories burned (Cycling to and from work - 22km and 5km Run)

This is a brilliant idea .. However .. I do 'Aqua Running' at my local gym which the trainer tells me burns up to 1400 calories in 45 minutes but I'm not convinced.. I keep logging it as 45 minute swim instead which is about 510 ..
(you have to wear these funny suits with padding which increase resistance as you move through the water, plus its interval training the whole way through - 40 seconds 'steady but powerful' 20 seconds 'hard run', with a delta bell section halfway through... still not convinced though ... I'm not that big, about 148, so no way I'm burning that much! Maybe larger people with even more resistance burn 1400?)

Tue - None - told myself I'd do a few crunches while watching England in the Euros but only did about 10!
Weds - 1400 (?!!!) - Aqua Running
