Why do you delete people?

I was going through my friends list today and noticed two very outgoing people have deleted me from their friends list. Am I not cool enough for you? The only time I delete people is if they don't log on. I have been on for 165 days. I don't comment on everything every friend says, but I still think I am a good friend. :frown:

Maybe they didn't find you to be out going enough. I usually delete people bc they aren't active or they are starving themselves.

<<-- "Some day, you'll be cool." (it's from a movie....this picture is at the moment she says this.)

People delete for all kinds of reasons. . . you don't know these people, don't let it get to you.

i was thinking of removing calorie obsessed people myself. nothing personal, but maybe their goals weren't the same as yours?

I like to make them cry themselves to sleep!

On a serious note, I've only deleted for never interacting, not logging in, or not eating enough.

i haven't completely deleted people. but i almost have, and it almost cost me a hefty price.

you see, i got into this time machine and went to 1965 where i accidentally interfered with my parents meeting each other. and my would-be mother fell for me, and not my dad. Since that happened, i could see my siblings being deleted from existence as my parents were not yet together. So I devised a plan to get them together at the Enchantment Under the Sea dance. Anyway, my plan worked (although not exactly how i hoped - though some would argue the outcome was better) I saw my siblings reappear and then I played Johnny B. Goode with Chuck Berry's cousin.

I get these Aggravated and Bothersome feelings now and then...and I have to "kill a few hostages" as it were. Its a Pee Wee Gaskins thing...you have to be from South Carolina to understand it. But as much as it pains me, I always feel better afterwards.....

Honestly, whats the point of deleting people at all for not logging on or not logging calories? I don't mind friends, but I don't make a big deal in regards to what they are doing. Its just like facebook..lol

I have not deleted anyone yet but if I did it would be for inactivity, there goals being way off from mine, Someone being rude, someone always playing victim to their weight, etc. Everyone has different prefrences.

I delete people if they are quiet. My friends are very communicative. That's what I like. It is not passing judgement on someone else. If you accept a request or vice vera, it is not a life long commitment.
And ask my friends. I actively encourage them to delete me.

I delete them if they don't login for a month. You're also going to get deleted if you post a status every 10 minutes.

I delete people who do not get on for a while. I give some benefit of doubt, but not a lot. I'm a great friend and supporter, but if you're not willing to give it your all...I surely can't help you.

And I delete those lazy bums. This site is all about being willing to work for it. No eye strain, no gain.

I delete people who haven't logged in for more than 5 days or people I've added and can't support because they eat practically nothing.

I have a large friends list that I TRY to keep under control (I fail). I want to be able to interact with and support my friends. So I hate turning down new requests just to keep people on my list who never talk to me anyway.

And if you didn't notice until now that they cut you, it's really not a big deal to you anyway.

Plus half the time it's just some weird MFP glitch anyway. That does happen.

The main reason for me would be deliberate poor nutrition (starvation diets, cleanses, fad diets, etc). Also, people who are here just for kicks and don't even care about fitness; although some are hilarious and witty so I keep 'em :)
