When I get bored I close my eyes and point at the screen (kind of like when you are picking a spontanious destination for travel on a map) and if my finger lands on their picture they get deleted.

    I delete people if:
    1. They annoy me.
    2. I don't know them personally and they quit logging in.
    3. We don't interact on a pretty regular basis.

If you haven't logged in for 2 weeks and have not responded to my PMs asking if you are OK, see ya. Other than that, I really don't delete people.

I feel like most of the friends I have now accept me no matter what MFP 'phase' I'm going through. If I feel like being more social, they're there. If I feel like just posting my daily workout, they're still there. They don't care whether or not my diary is open or closed. They just support me unconditionally, whether I'm coming or going. I feel like the majority of them are authentic. If someone doesn't fit into that, it's nothing personal, I just want friends that offer the same as what I give them. People need different things on MFP and this is what I need.

I usually accept any friend request and I never used to delete anyone. Recently I have started deleting anyone that goes inactive for longer than a few weeks (unless it's vacation, etc.). I don't usually send out many friend requests, but I tend to get a lot from new people to mfp, and unfortunately quite a few of these people don't stick around.

    Russian Roulette.
Every Friday I drink a bottle of whiskey, close my eyes, and randomly click until someone is deleted.

You actually noticed who deleted you?

Sorry, my friends....I love you all but if you delete me, I probably wouldn't notice (or care).

There's too many other people out there worth knowing.

I have deleted people for talking only about clothes and their size less than 0 body. I'm trying to get healthy here, not trying to care about what you wear. I've also deleted them if they haven't logged in for a long long time (and especially if they haven't logged in for a long time AND they have no profile pic).

This is just one of the many reasons I love you.

    Plus I've seen your boobs.

I delete friends for a few reasons:

    1. You never ever say anything to me or comment on anything. No support = gone.
    2. You have not logged in for 3 weeks or more, mainly 1 month. Nothing for a month = gone.

I am here for interaction, support, ideas. Without that you are just a number. I like to look down my timeline of friends and encourage them. It is a two way street.

I guess reason #1 is why you deleted me...

They didn't like it when I sent them pics of my junk.

Wait...I'm your friend, I haven't seen any pics.

I get these Aggravated and Bothersome feelings now and then...and I have to "kill a few hostages" as it were. Its a Pee Wee Gaskins thing...you have to be from South Carolina to understand it. But as much as it pains me, I always feel better afterwards.....

    I am, and I do.

    I haven't deleted anyone. Yet.

The list is not that large at this point.

are you selective? or just play hard to get?

Your profile pic really freaking creeps me out.

I delete people if they are quiet. My friends are very communicative. That's what I like. It is not passing judgement on someone else. If you accept a request or vice vera, it is not a life long commitment.
And ask my friends. I actively encourage them to delete me.

Ha...I was deleted last week by 12 people... because I talk TOO much!

The boobs are why many people love me .... but my shining personality is really just the icing on the cake ;)

I haven't deleted anyone yet, but I'm fixin' to. I don't like constant whiners. I also don't like unsupportive folks. I try to post on everyone's wall at least 3 times a week, but find that it's rarely returned by some. I understand that people get busy, but if you're too busy to lend me some support, yet you're giving a status update every half hour, then something's not right.

With that...off to shorten my list.

I like to prelete. It's that thing where you just don't accept in the first place. I'm an introvert who enjoys planning ahead.

My MFP friends belong to one of two groups:

    1) Supportive people who care about healthy eating and being active
    2) Really hilarious trolls

There are a select few who belong to both groups and my world revolves around them

I need more of these people on my friends list.
  • cause theyre *kitten* holes or think their *kitten* hole friends are awesome and make fun of you even when you can see that theyre making fun of you...

or they just dont jive with me.

I'm confused. Either you are saying you want to delete me or that you want to shoot me at Target. I feel slightly uneasy...

i haven't completely deleted people. but i almost have, and it almost cost me a hefty price.

you see, i got into this time machine and went to 1965 where i accidentally interfered with my parents meeting each other. and my would-be mother fell for me, and not my dad. Since that happened, i could see my siblings being deleted from existence as my parents were not yet together. So I devised a plan to get them together at the Enchantment Under the Sea dance. Anyway, my plan worked (although not exactly how i hoped - though some would argue the outcome was better) I saw my siblings reappear and then I played Johnny B. Goode with Chuck Berry's cousin.
