    I did amazingly well last week!! :D Burned ~4000 calories in less than a week! Ive yet to weigh myself tho :/ I want to participate in this challenge! Its really fun that we can motivate each other and reach our goal together!! Goodluck guys ^_^

    Mon: 915 Walking 3.5 -3.7 up and down hills for 110 min
    Tues: 1113 Walking 3.5-3.7 up and down hills for 95 min plus 20 min of strength training
    Wed: 1397 Walking 3.5-3.7 up and down hills for 95 min plus 30 min of strength training (plus a "fitbit adjustment")
    Thur: 602 Strength training for 20 min plus 40 min of aerobic dance
    Fri: 1011 Zumba (2 sessions) plus 10 min of strength training
    Sat: 1585 8.5 Mile Walk, 2 10 min sessions of Calisthenics
    Sun: 702 Walking, Boot Camp, Calisthenics
