    Oooh.. just saw this but I've been working out! All my burned calories are based on my FitBit

    Weekly Goal: 7000 ( I would like to lose 2 pounds this week)
    Mon: 915 - Walking 3.5 -3.7 up and down hills for 110 min
    Tues: 1001 - Walking 3.5-3.7 up and down hills for 95 min plus 20 min of strength training
    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Burning 3500 calories didn't seem like such a hard goal, but I'm struggling with soreness and fatigue! Yesterday was a tough day. I felt so tired and run down. I ate a ton and hardly moved.
