Iv got a 4 mile run scheduled tonight to complete my Run for the month aswell. These were very high targets for me and iv done it! (Swimming was not a focus at all but atleast i acutally made it in the pool this month for a change)
This forum thread really does get me out doing the miles i should be doing, love it!0 -
I think I'm done for the month. I learned that running isn't something I enjoy or have the shoes for so I didn't complete my goal for that.

Maybe next month I'll try to break 300mi on the bike and try to make swimming a routine instead of trying just for the goal. In September I might even get some hiking in for the run portion (going to Maine).0 -
