White teas from the Fujian provence. I have to limit my caffeine and love to drink tea, so there we go.

Currently, I have been craving a lot of Peanut Butter and Beef Pho.

But previously, it was frozen yogurt and fruit salad.

    Before that was Shirataki Noodles.

...and before that was Black Beans and lentils. So random now that I think about it. haha

Ok, not best choice, but obsessed with jell-o s'mores pudding cups. Also find that I LOVE spinach.

Mine has always been chilli, i'm veggie so a massive veggie chilli full of lovely vegetables and beans. Yum!

I prefer it smothered in cheese and served with nachos but I'm usually good and have it with brown rice.

Mine is fiber one brownie bars. I also eat a lot of raw carrots.

I really like the Fiber One 90cal brownies too (heat them up for 10 seconds in the microwave and you can taste the 'real' chocolate).

I also really like Progresso Light soups (beef pot roast, and new england clam chowder).

MIO in water instead of Diet Coke. Well, I still have ONE Diet Coke every afternoon, but that's a big reduction from what I used to suck down! I am also enjoying fruit much more than I used to. I have fruit for my 10 a.m. snack, and it is such a treat!

Yes, indeed! Most soft, chèvre-style goat cheese is only 50 calories per ounce, which is a lot lower than other cheeses! Yum!
