My fage 0% greek yoghurt with either pb2 or toffee banana protein powder, little truvia, few tbsp mixed seeds all mixed together.
Also loving cottage cheese and wild alaskan salmon.0 -
Gotta be balsamic vinegar, I put that &#$@ on everything! Even sliced apples are better with a bit of balsamic sprinkled on them. And rice cakes with sunflower butter with sprouts, that's my go to lunch at work these days.
Balsamic vinegar is MAGIC. *_*

Homemade lemonade! Juice 4 lemons and put the left over core of lemon into a pitcher Add water and Splenda or the generic form I would say about 1 cup for all of that or to taste but I would not do more than 1 cup and drink after stirring or refrigerate. It is so refreshing with this heat. And pretty good for you too0

I was shocked at how little calories flash frozen strawberries had. Those and sirichia are my two new food obesssions.

For me it would be ezekial bread and chia seeds. LOVE the nutty flavor of ezekial bread! Toast the bread, spread a thin layer of natural peanut butter and sprinkle chia seeds on top. SO GOOD! The chia seeds give it a little extra crunch and they are so good for you.0
