    I copied and pasted this from the previous thread but updated the 7/2/12 weight, I'm not sure if I need to change current weight to 155.5 since the challenge officially starts today or keep the original weight 157 as current weight?

    -12lbs

    "Current weight" would be 155.5 (same as 7/2) and then doesn't change throughout the challenge.

    Okay, so do I then change my goal since my goal for the challenge was to lose 12lbs?

    So I finished the last challenge with a success and start this one off with a bang! I did W4D2 C25K outside today and oh good Lord do hills suck. Even when they're just small little inclines, they really freaking suck! I'm going to have to start doing at least one day a week of this program outside so that I can get used to running outdoors since I've yet to find an indoor treadmill 5K anywhere...haha

    Welcome to our first weigh in! Thanks for all of the weigh ins, so far! Tomorrow is going to be SUPER BUSY and probably crazy on here too! We should have a lot of weigh ins and we probably will still have people trying to join. Please be patient. Because I am still taking care of my granddaughter (an unexpected occurence), and finishing up our last challenge tomorrow, and because there will be people that won't weigh in so I'll be inviting other people (from the backup list), our first chart won't be posted until Tuesday evening.

    To those that haven't been in one of my challenges before - This is going to be harder than you think. Sometimes you'll be happy! Sometimes you'll be discouraged and maybe even mad. Sticking with the challenge is to your benefit. REALLY!!! I and others have lost our weight (so far) from having to be accountable, and posting our numbers, in places like this. Based on past challenges, more than half of you will leave. :-( It gets embarrassing for people to post a gain more than one week in a row. In ALL of the challenges I've hosted (4 of them), not ONCE have I seen anyone post a negative comment about a person that has posted a gain. REALLY!!!

    TO OUR SUCCESS!!

    P.S. The mean part... If your weight isn't here by noon PST, your spot will be given to another.

    You have no idea... :wink: The first week is WILD. The second week is CRAZY. Then it gets much better. :smile:

    I know there are some questions that I missed answering. I started to and my laptop froze. :/ Then I got busy with both challenges and didn't get back to the questions. If your question still hasn't been answered, by something posted by another (or me), please feel free to ask again. :-)

    My husband is coming home, tomorrow, for the rest of the week. Since I usually only see him for one day a week, I won't be around much for a bit. :-) If those that have been with me on other challenges can answer any questions, please feel free.

    Once I have next week's weigh ins, all the boxes on our chart will be filled. :-)

    If there is something on the chart that is incorrect, please let me know.

    Since there were some people dropped from our challenge, if I've invited you to take one of the spots, feel free to post your weigh in (even though the chart is already here). That way I know you are committed and I'll add you to our chart.

    For our first mini challenge, I'd like us to up our water intake. :drinker: I know I always do this one first. ;-) It's very important!! Unless you are already drinking 8+ cups a day, the challenge is to drink at least 4 cups a day or one more cup than you usually do. If you already drink over 8 cups a day, please challenge yourself with something else!

    This week, good luck with your food logging (and green numbers), exercise, and water!
