I'm totally in. Last week we went away for the 4th and I found an old water bottle that holds the 8-8oz amounts needed a day in one bottle. Well both yesterday and today I've filled it up with some Mio and been GOOD TO GO. Right now, I'm at the bottom of the 2nd bottle so I'm up to 15 GLASSES!!! BOOYAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (This coming from a gal who used to ONLY drink Diet Dr. Pepper until I got my first kidney stone in Dec.) I could hear my mom in the ER " I've been telling you to drink more water...blah, blah, blah". I've been drinking more water, but no where near this much! I've peed more today than I ever have in my entire life!!!! Maybe I'm getting good and flushed out?

I'd like to join!
I was at the amusement park on Wednesday, and got very overheated. Not a fun time. I suspect I was dehydrated, although I've believe I've been getting 8 cups of water daily.
I rarely drink anything except water. Our city water tastes funny, so I buy it in plastic bottles, 16.0 FL each. I'm counting each bottle as 2 cups.
Friday, I carefully counted my water consumption, and drove myself batty. Saturday I stared something new. Since then, each morning I've set aside 4 bottles and used a marker to number each one. That way I won't loose count! This morning I set aside 5 bottles! No one else is allowed to touch my labeled bottles!

Interesting. My weight had stalled for about 3 weeks. And on Saturday, it started to drop. And it's dropped each day since, for a total of one pound in the last 3 days! Wha-hoo!!!0 -
