    Week # 1 -- July 2nd -- Goal 300 minutes:

    Mon: 55 mins (30 walking on tredmill, 25 elliptical)
    Tue: 80 mins (65 strength training, 15 elliptical)
    Wed: 0 :(
    Thur: 65 mins (20 elliptical, 10 walking on tredmill, 35 strength training)
    Fri: 75 mins (30 walking on tredmill, 45 strength training mostly abs)
    Sat: 0 :(
    Sun: 35 mins (20 walking, 15 jogging)

    Total / min left: 310 / 300

    Made it to my goal! I think I'll do the same for next week but I won't update until Wednesday because I am at the beach for a couple of days. I hope everyone else made their goal as well!

    Total :315/500 I lost my pep as the week went on, it was a stressful one. I will try harder this week!
