    I know I said that I wouldn't weigh this week and that I would wait until the end of the month but old habits die hard! No loss this week but remained the same which I am happy with since I have upped my calories for the last week and a half.

    Struggling with the new macro's though as I find it difficult to eat so much protein and not as much carbs! I will keep going anyhow and give it a few weeks to see how I get on!

    I went up 3 lbs. Too many holiday cookouts! Gotta get back on track for next week.

    As of today I've lost exactly 10 pounds since joining MFP. So stoked! :D

    Lost 2.8 pounds since the start of this challenge. Don't think I'll make it to 5 by the end of July but still happy to see progress! :)
