Snowbird -- wow, are you thinking now you may go for the higher goal you were originally thinking about? Easier than you thought?
Still plugging away at my 4 miles a day (extra 4 mi). I'm at 38 miles for the month to date, but would like to get the average speed up to more like 3.7 mph to give myself a cushion so the average comes out to at least 3.5 without having to run the whole last week!0 -

This is a great challenge
I use the elliptical everyday.. and i try my best to park in parking spots further away from stores that I'm going into just to get that extra walk in. I'm also trying to make it a daily thing (during the week) to use the wii fit - my favorite seems to be the free step, I can throw on some music of watch a show on tv and just get to stair stepping
