    My favorite right now is Zrii Achieve ..
    2 scoops Vanilla Achieve 130 calories and 18 grams protein
    1 cup Vanilla Almond Plus 70 calories and 5 grams protein
    Carb master yogurt (various flavors) 60 calories and 8 grams protein
    I also add ice and a little water depending on the mixture I want

    This makes a HUGE shake and has 260 calories and 31 grams of protein ... I have to set my clock to eat my morning snack cuz Im full.

    At night if Im below my calories (or go for a walk) I do
    2 scoops of Chocolate Achieve 110 calories and 18 grams protein
    1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Plus 35 calories and 2.5 grams protein
    1/2 cup water
    2 tablespoons PB2 45 calories and 5 grams protein
    Ice

    190 calories and 25.5 grams protein
    Tastes like a reeses peanut butter cup and satisfies my chocolate craving

    I am very unoriginal. I just put a scoop of chocolate flavored powder in milk. = chocolate milk except with lots of protein lol. I love it just the way it is, although some of these recipes sound good.

    I use MOMs Organic Market "Show Me The Whey" and the taste is so light, you don't even realize it has protein powder. I blend a handful of ice with each shake as well.

    Here are a few I have made this week:

    Banana Pudding Shake
    1.5 scoop protein powder (PP)
    8oz Almond Milk
    1 small banana
    1 tablespoon of jello instant pudding banana flavor sugar free
    5 Vanilla Wafers

    Butterfinger Shake
    1 scoop PP
    8oz Almond Milk
    1 tablespoon of peanut butter
    1 tablespoon of jello instant pudding chocolate flavoring sugar free
    1 tablespoon of jello instant pudding butterscotch flavoring sugar free

    Pina Colada
    1.5 scoop PP
    1 11.2oz Naked Coconut Water
    1/2 - 1 cup of chopped pinapples with juice
    2 tablespoons of shredded coconut

    If I eat badly enough to need a protein shake on a given day, I honestly just pour in the artificially flavored, artificially sweetened whey into some water. Best to escape with as few calories as possible. :laugh:

    My vegan version is:

    2 tablespoons nutiva organic hemp powder (the 15 gram one, 60 cal)
    1 cup almond milk (60 cal)
    half a banana (55 cal for half a large organic banana)
    2.5 tablespoons organic raw cacao powder (60 cal, antioxidants)
    1 tablespoon organic ground flax (30 cal)
    5-6 ice cubes

    blend.

    My base is 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of almond milk unsweetened (or 1/2 cup sweetened to control calories) and a tsp of matcha powder. I then either add in natural PB (1/2 serving) or 1/2 a frozen banana. If I have fresh baby spinach, I add 1/2 to 1 cup of it since it adds nutrients without affecting the taste.

    My shake is not as fancy as some or your's, but here goes.

    1 frozen banana
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 packet sweet-n-low
    1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

    Makes 1 serving
    196 calories

    Very filling!

    My go-to right now is:

    1 TB Chocolate Shakeology
    1/2 c almond milk
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c frozen cherries
    1 TB SF FF Cheesecake Pudding Mix

    ^^Love Shakeology!!! I dub this recipe Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake...who wouldn't want that!

    I mix it up every day. However, I do have my basic mix.

    Basic Mix
    1 scoop Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
    2 scoops Beachbody Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    1 c. So Delicious Unsweetened Vanilla Almond +Protein milk
    1 c. water

    I add any one of the following. For fruit, I may do half and half.
    1 c. frozen fresh strawberries
    1 c. fresh pineapple
    1 whole small banana
    1 T. cashew butter <--my FAVE
    1 T. almond butter
    1 large peach
    1 c. frozen cherries
    1 c. raspberries, or other fresh fruit

    These can be added to the above...sort of like condiments.
    1 T. FF SF Cheesecake pudding mix
    1/4 t. cinnamon
    1/4 t. nutmeg

    Mix and match and never get bored with breakfast again!

    i just started shakeology.....i have the chocolate and added cherries and greek yogurt ......i also do the wowbutter which turnes it in a chocolate and pb shake.....so yummy....i am getting the tropical berry next month

    i do 8oz of soy milk and then my 1 scoop of protein powder then 1/2 c yogurt 1/2 fruit and ice.....make just over an 8 oz glass full
