    To be honest, your first picture wasn't too bad. 'Twas just a little fluff n' stuff.
    But hot damn! Those results are INCREDIBLE!!
    I had tried P90x, but realistically, couldn't keep up (however, I'm sure that I could now).
    Instead, I changed my diet and hit the gym 5x a week for a year.
    In that time, I was able to lose 65 pounds and build a whole lot of muscle!
    Perhaps I'll give it another go when my membership expires, 'cus hell, you are truly an inspiration. :drinker:

    Wow, I didn't expect this many replies. I really do appreciate all of the kind words and I'm glad that my experience is a motivation for some of you.

    My time in Korea was by no means bad, I loved every minute of it. If I ever return there or go somewhere else, I'll just know to keep myself in check. And yeah, I do enjoy teaching. I came back primarily to go back to school this fall for an M. Education degree.

    Great story! I'm a teacher, so I liked the teachery stuff...but I don't drink by night (as a college student I did :drinker: ).
