    Congratulations on your hard work! Yes P90X works!
    I did it and was also just as skeptical as you were but when I compared day 1 to day 30 I had the "Holy S...!" moment!!
    It took me from 155 or so to 127 and then on a second round to close to were I am today.

    Keep pushing play!!

    Holy ISH bro, you got ripped, I am starting tonight, I am down 23 lbs, but I want to build muscle, the elliptical is cool, but I really want to increase my metabolism to be a furnace. Was considering Insanity, but I just feel like P90 is a better fit, since I love weights and resistance training.
