    Ah that's a good way of looking at it. So I weigh the average potatoes an American eats in a year, and among my weight loss achievements was losing that amount in cheese. I'd like to enjoy cheesy potatoes but now that seems like backtracking, having just gotten rid of the cheese ...

    Thanks. 2.1 more pounds, and I will have lost ME!!! I will be half the weight I started at. It's almost unbelievable to think about it that way. Still awesome.
