    The mexican place around the corner will put chunks of avocado on top of their INSANELY DELICIOUS chicken tortilla soup.

    Also, guacamole is just avocado, lime juice, s&p, and fresh onion/tomato. Salsa?! WTF.

    ^^ I love it in the soup.

    i love avocado smoothies.

    8oz chilled white tea
    one small avocado, chopped
    8oz frozen blueberries or pear (or if you prefer fresh fruit, you can freeze the tea in ice cube trays)
    a little bit of chopped sweet basil

    blend 'til smooth. so creamy and yummy.
