I'm 5'4, and 146lbs. Started at 247lbs. Just posted in another thread, but I'll post here. I don't and never really had full body before pics, so sorry I can't help there. But here's a few recent ones:

Reading through for inspiration! I am 5' 3" (well, technically 5' 2.75"... sue me) and I started at 102, and have been steadily building muscle! I feel much stronger and I'm very happy I began working out every day. Once I see more results I will post them in the forum. It's nice to see all you pretty petite ladies!0
