    Starting Weight: 232
    6am - 30DS Level 3

    Ok, So I did level 2 today, only once... I guess I can try to fit it in again tonight after work... 29 more days to go. Weight today was 228......

    I will do level 3 tonight because I have already done the other levels and I want to see what 3 is all about.
    My starting weight is 160ish I forgot to get on the scale today

    Okay, I am in too! I bought the Shred last month and having been doing it several times a week. I am willing to commit to 5 times a week for the next month in addition to a few other workouts.

    I will start today!

    Level 3 is brutal, but dont be scared, if you already did level 1 and 2. level 3 is mostly polymetrics (jump training) and cardio with weights, good luck.

    to all my shredders out there, keep in mind that i am only asking that you do it at least once a day, anything more than that is just extra gravy (good thing words can't make you fat, but can't you just taste it lol). if you can do more than great, just don over do it and hurt yourselves, just some friendly advice here.

    Did not get my shred on last night because DH hurt himself at work and I had to pick him up from work. Tonight is suppose to be my C25K night depending on how I feel. Did not sleep well because I was afraid of rolling over and hitting his bad arm

    here we are day 3 (feels like i've been doing it for weeks already lol). I finally got some time to fit it in today, didn't think i was going to be able to.

    I started Wednesday with a starting weight of 154, so far I have done it level 1 everyday since Wednesday.

    I just did the Shred for the first time - level 1 & I couldn't keep up with the jumprope & butt kickers. :sad:
    I don't know if I'll do this daily. It seems my bike burns more calories, but i can do it longer.
    Are you all going to do it every day?

    I've been doing level 2 (with a few little rests--my god!) :sick: I haven't been losing any weight for the last few weeks, but I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 3 pounds! :happy: Thank god, I was starting to worry. A combination of the Shred and Jillian's Cardio Kickboxing dvd are finally doing the trick! I've just ordered her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvd, too. Jillian is the best.

    My DVD didn't come with any brochure or anything.
    How often are you supposed to do it?

    Just 20 minutes doesn't burn that many calories to make you lose 20 pounds in a month...am I getting my videos mixed up?
    Is there more to it that I'm missing?
