    So obviously this thing needs to be taken with a *cup* of salt since BMI is not really an accurrate way to measure how fit/healthy you are, and you can't measure body fat % with a BMI scale. That being said, here are my results:

    At my current weight (175), I have a lower BMI than 62% of the females aged 30-44 in the USA but a higher BMI than 74% of the females aged 30-44 in the world. I'm most like someone from Chile.

    For fun, I tried my goal weight (158) too. This would give me a lower BMI than 77% of the females aged 30-44 in the USA and a higher BMI than 56% of the females aged 30-44 in the world. And I'd be most like someone from Sweden.

    If I was to weigh exactly 153 pounds, I'd be right at the global average. And I'd be more like someone from Thailand.

I'm not sure I agree with that, I've never been to Laos, but from what I have seen on TV and in pictures most 60 + women look way thinner than me

    lower than 73% of males in my country and higher than 64% of males in the world and i am more like someone from Armenia..

    The BMI always tells me i am overweight and people always think i am starving myself . It's a no win situation.
