    I did great today as far as eating goes, but did not feel like exercising, but maybe I can do some exercising tomorrow.

    thanks Ivy, I am eating great but can't exercise due to some pain so I hope those 11 pounds are gone in no time.

    So last night I really hurt my leg and ankle by trying to walk after DARK!!!!! Why do I do this to myself.. Now I can barly walk let alone do my jillian 30 day shred:cry:

    Any who, staying with in my cal's and focusing on wise food choices for the next few days. Tomorrow I way in, Hope I at last can stay the same.. I'm so scared....

    I really want to start to see some results, wonder when it will start to drop again?????

    Good morning everyone, I am ready to go today. I still don't feel like doing any exercise but I am going to stick with it with the calories today. I messed up big time yesterday but that was yesterday and today is a new day. I hope you all have a great day!!!!!!!! :flowerforyou:

    I am up 2 pounds:grumble: :grumble:

    That was a few minutes ago, now is now, Wise food choices, still hurtin from my fall, but pilates will be fine today.

    This is a life long journey and we can't expect it yesterday.
    This is for God's Glory and we just get to experience the blessing!!!!

    I hope you feel better quickly!!! Try alternating between ice and heat for your ankle/leg and see if that helps any. If you're able, you can probably do a few exercises while sitting and using your arms. http://www.chairdancing.com/ has some good ideas, and if you google chair exercises, you'll find some ideas there too. Don't push yourself too hard trying to get the injury to heal. If it doesn't heal properly, it'll just cause more problems in the long run.

    I hope you are feeling better. Is it your back that's still bothering you? Are you able to take Ibuprofen? My doctor would always prescribe 800mg (the equivalent of four pills) when my back would act up. Have you seen a chiropractor at all? Dr. Rhonda Finley in Westminster is really good. She's who I go to when I'm up there. Her office is in the old post office across from 1st Baptist. I don't know if she is still there, but Vivian Ebenhack's mother worked there a couple days a week as their massage therapist. She's really good. Just make sure she doesn't go deep muscle massage on you the first time!

    I googled exercising with a lower back injury and found this link. It seems like it's pretty easy. I am going to try it myself, too. But -- if you're unsure, talk to Dr. Rhonda or your doc before you start. http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=110&page=2

    Hey,

    No it's not my back, I possibly have endometriosis, when I say possibly that just means that it has not been diagnosed as that yet. The doctor said that she is pretty sure that is what it is, but to diagnose it as that I would have to have a surgical procedure. I have been having severe pelvic pain on my right and left side, sent me to the E.R. a couple of weeks ago, I felt like I was dying. She prescibed the Ibuprophen 4 at a time but it does nothing to help with the pain. I don't feel like doing anything but laying around and that has what I have been doing as much as possible, as much as I can with a 2 year old in the house destroying it. I have been trying to eat the way I am susposed to. did good on Monday but messed up yesterday, but today is a new day and I am on it.

    Good Morning everyone, I did not do good this week with staying on track. I had said that I was going to start back on Monday but I decided to start back today and stay on it, and I will do it. I have not been exercising due to pelvic pain but I have made up my mind that this endometriosis disease that I possibly have rule my life, I will do this and make it to my goal and my dream of being skinny for once in my adult life. So here is to today and eating healthy :drinker: I will also drink my water that I have not been drinking and stay within the sodium that I am susposed to be eating.

    Afternoon,

    I am committed to resting this week. I will only do 25 minutes of walking per day . I'm going to try to eat more veggies (5-7 servings) this week.

    good afternoon everyone, I did great today, I have upped my calories some so we will see what happens, I was getting really hungry. I didn't exercise today, I have been really busy but right back to it tomorrow.

    I haven't been able to get out and walk for almost two weeks now. I'm feeling guilty about it, too!

    I'm still following my diet pretty strictly except for weekends. I've been letting myself slide a bit, but I have GOT to get out of that kind of habit.

    How are all of you doing today?

    I am most defiantly struggling lately :sad:

    No weight change, no loss or gain. ( I need to focus on positive, no gain, Wohoo) (No loss, bohoo)

    Trying to continue to remind myself this is a lifestyle change that takes time and I can't expect changes yesterday. Looking to just maintain my exercise adn eating. I do so good during the week, every morning I am working out before work for 30 min and in the evenings doing a walk, run, or pilates... What else can I do???????

    I know I don't eat right on the weekends, I have the best intentions, but the munchies over power me. I even try to play tricks like posting other things to do near our snacks, telling myself I want the loss more then the snack, I'll even stop and focus on why I am eating, usually emotional driven, I recoginize teh emotion and I tell myself oh well and eat it any way. WHAT IS THAT!!!!!!

    I do want this loss where is my mental block:sad: :sad:

    I've been resting this week, but I'm trying to stay in a deficit. I had 2 dinners last night. I woke up this morning and weighed and lost a pound. Maybe I'll have two dinner today too:laugh:

    I am so HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I decided today I was going to try on two of my work suits I haven't been able to wear for about 2 years, maybe a little over. I wasn't going to let them upset me if they didn't fit, and I tried them on before I weighted myself....

    THEY FIT!!!!! AND WELL!!!!!
    THEN I GOT ON THE SCALE I FINALLY LOST 2 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

    This does work and you really have to work through the hard parts, but I know God is with me and has a plan for my journey...
    Now Happy Friday to everyone and Pray I don't ruin my loss with another horrible weekend... I am determined to eat what is right and exercise!!!!!!

    I am doing good today but I did horrible yesterday, thank God tomorrow is gone and today is a new day, I just hope that my mess up yesterday didn't mess things up for me for this week.     Hi everyone, I have been gone for awhile. I was going to go on maintience for awhile but I have not maintained very well, instead I ended up gaining some more weight, and I don't like that, so I am back at it. I will do this :flowerforyou:
