    Mon: 1036 calories burned (JM extreme shed & shred Level 1 & 2; mowing front yard; Monday mini challenge 150 crunches)
    Tues: 741 calories burned (JM 6 week 6 pack & yoga meltdown; walking; Tuesday mini challenge 150 squats w/weights)
    Wed: 837 calories burned (JM extreme shed & shred Level 1 & 2; walking; Wednesday mini challenge 200 tricep extentions w/ 10lb weight)
    Thur: day of rest; (except for Thursday mini challenge - 225 calf raises)
    Fri: 551 calories burned ( JM extreme shed & shred level 1, Lauren Brooks kettlebell-the grind; Friday mini challenge 100 pushups

    Mon 1008 cal inplace jogging and aerobics.
    Tues: 590 cal brisk walk 4.5 mph
    Wed: 901 cal brisk walk 4.5 mph and spot jogging 25 mnts.
    Thur: 70 cal doing household chores (pedometer just counted the steps not the amount of work I did)
    Fri: 817 cal brisk walk 4.5 mph and spot jogging
    Sat: 638 cal walk 5mph
    Sun:
    Total: 1008 + 590 + 901 + 70 + 817 +638 = 4024
    Left to go: completed my target in 6 days so taking 7th day off

    Mon: 1130 daily deficit (treadmill and elliptical)
    Tues: 1595 daily deficit (zumba)
    Wed: 657 daily deficit (rest day)
    Thur: 1117 daily deficit (zumba)
    Fri: 571 daily deficit (rest day)
    Sat: 1409 daily deficit (elliptical machine, curves circuit training)
