Here are some things I always have on standby. What are your standby foods? Include brands where important!
1. Eggs - free range, organic, medium sized
2. Jacquet Toast - little Melba toast things good for soft boiled eggs
3. A piece of top quality lean smoked ham, for omelettes, or bulking up soups
4. A few M&S or Waitrose high protein ready meals
5. A Trek or Cliff bar in case I miss breakfast
