Fun Dip. It's like good-girl-that-never-tried-drugs version of crack.

Archer Farms Strawberry Dragonfruit mix packets. If I know I need to drink more water, this will always get me to down a glass.

Iced coffee concentrate. The Pioneer Woman is evil and wonderful all at the same time.

    Canned spinach. Me love.

    Wine.

    99% of time:
    1. olive oil
    2. mixed nuts
    3. lots of spices

    75% of time:
    4. Wild caught salmon
    5. Fresh fruits and vegetables

I would keep all these all the time but I don't always stock up before I run out. I usually replace them very quickly. I pretty much could live with nothing else but water.

    1. skim acidophilus milk
    2. frozen vegetables
    3. lean ground beef
    4. almonds
    5. dreamfields low glycemic spaghetti noodles

and i have to add a sixth and seventh.. olive oil and ground coffee. but i don't know if those are necessary to be counted.

I would consider coffee and olive oil to be awesome staples, so not necessary to count.

    Almond Milk

I'm curious - what's almond milk like, and what do you do with it?

It's the same consistency as milk but I don't think it tastes much like milk. I use it in cereal and just to drink sometimes but mostly I use it in protein shakes when I'm watching calories. The unsweetened has fewer calories and less sugar than 2% milk.

Cool - thanks! Might try it in a protein shake too :)
