I had a bowl of Onken Strawberry Fat Free yogurt (about 100g) with a sprinkling of Tesco Super Berry Granola (about 30g)
And I must say it was yummy!0 -
3 egg whites,
10g of cathedral city cheese (I normally use Tesco low-fat cheese, but we're all out of that)
10g Chorizo,
55g family pack mushrooms,
38g cherry/salad tomatos,
1 slice of Tesco unsmoked back bacon.
Comes to 211 calories, I normally wouldn't use the bacon, but I have a busy day today so thought 'why not!'.0 -
