I am starting this again. Tried it once but fell off the bandwagon at 10 days. I am 20, 5"6 and 152 lbs (lost 16 lbs last year but have been bouncing between 147 and 153 ever since). I am moving to Australia on Feb 8th to start medical school (I am a registered nurse) and my goal is at least 130 by then (22lbs in 3 months, my previous record weight loss). I will start the 30 day shred today. Anyone looking for a friend just add me! I need someone looking over my shoulder so i don't fall off again. Thanks0

I just skimmed through for the pics, and for the ladies who post pics, how many times did you do it per day?

I did the shred once a day but I usually got in a hike or walk in the afternoon and sometimes did Zumba in the evenings.0

Good luck! I finished Day 3 today. I think it's starting to get easier. Hard to tell when my dog is trying to lick my face while I crunch.... haha!
Today was my Day 2 of the shred, my dog was tossing his stuffed raccoon in my face to play while I was doing my crunches. I also posted my before pics on my profile and he photo bombed them.0 -
So with this program - you are doing just ONE 30 minute workout per day? And did any of you follow the diet that goes with the program, or did you just still with the MFP program for eating?

I just finished Level 2: Day 16! Not as bad as what everyone says, though I'm hoping that I have real results. My biceps & legs are more toned & muscular, & my stomach seems to be a bit flatter, but not as flat as I would like it. Doing 6 Week 6 Pack afterward!

Just started level 1 day 1 today with my 17 year old dancer daughter. She goes hard and I'm doing the lighter version. But its doable. She's hoping to lose an inch on her waist and I'm hoping to lose her entire waist. :sad: . LOL0

My poor dog got kicked in the chops whilst i was "kicking my *kitten*" he thought it was a game and i didnt see him behind me :-( he is ok though0
