I was away for the weekend and stuck eating in restaurants the I ate worse than usual for the last two days and spent a lot of time on the exercise bicycle burning off the calories. :laugh: :laugh: Today I have a much saner eating plan along with a more normal amount of exercise. My step counter recorded 16,678 steps yesterday.
The big news is that I'm down one more pound:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

I'm keeping up with water drinking and no soda. I'm pretty faithful doing crunches but not moving along increasing the reps. I continue with cereal and almond milk at 8:30 and bedtime at 10:00.

Good Morning girls
My weight in 145.5 WOO- HOO!!!!!!!.. that is down 5.5 lbs. Never- never lost that in a week, even though it was mostly water. TGoodness, Last weeks 4 lb gain got me up & MOTIVATED. I have a chance of making my TG goal 138 .

I am so irritated!!!!!!!!! I am up a pound this week :sad: I know I didn't do to hott on Sunday but I don't think that quaifies for a pound. It's amazing how the scale can ruin your whole day. Congrats to everyone else it seems everyone did awesome. Only 7 weeks till Thanksgiving keep up all the hard work.

Sorry I took so long... I MAINTAINED, UGH! I need to really kick it up a notch... Even worse? I rolled my ankle last night while playing volleyball. I didn't re-sprain it, though, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. It's really tender, though, so I have to start wearing my dumb ankle brace again while taking classes or playing volleyball...
Congrats to all those who have lost, and Tammie-15 pounds? I'm soooo jealous! Way to go!0 -

Hi Everyone! Sorry I've been missing, my work took over my life for the last two weeks :grumble: I've been so busy I couldn't come on. AND we ordered in lunch, and sometimes dinner, EVERY day! I was terrified to weigh in, but somehow I maintained :noway: So even though I'm late, here it is:

I really need to kick it back into gear now. It is simply a miracle that I didn't gain like 50 lbs in the last two weeks. I like to the new "no late night snacks" rule. I'll say nothing after 7- which will be huge for me.

Well, I've been sticking to the plan since I got back from vacation. I added my extra work out days and I think it has made a big difference - more so than I anticipated. I weighed myself this weekend - breaking my once a week rule - but I just had to see if I was on the right track. It seems I am - I've lost the 1.5 lbs I gained on vacation! Of course, some of that could have been water, but my trousers feel very loose!
I am on a mission! I am so close to being out of the 160s - a number I never want to see again. I can't wait to be 15-something. I think I will have to wait another week to see it - but it is so close!0 -
I am really struggling this week. I have not had time to work out since Friday and I ate over my calories yesterday! I had every intentions of working out yesterday since I knew I was over my calories. I even put on my workout clothes and was really to go. The kids came into my room and start asking for this and that and before I know it, it's pass everyones bedtime!
Hopefully I can workout today since I plan to leave work at 3pm...at this rate, I really need to go down to a part time schedule! Full time is just too much with 3 kids 6 and under, and my mom who lives with us and of course my husband and house! I never get any time to myself, let alone work out time! You should see me working out and running over kids or doing crunches with a baby on my stomach!:laugh:

I have been sick for the last few days, but it's working out pretty well weight-wise because my appetite has been pretty low. On the other hand, I feel like a slug. I'm inspired by all of you who are exercising like crazy in-between demanding schedules.0 -

Down 4 lbs! :happy: I don't think I've ever lost 4 lbs in one week. I fit in jeans a size smaller, even, this week. I added the extra days of exercise and lowered my calories on MFP to 2lbs a week loss. Plus in the C25k plan, I'm finally running 20 min at a time. I think I'll stick to this calorie level one more week, but after that I think I'll move it back to 1 lb a week loss. I don't think I could stick to this calorie level for weeks on end.
We're getting closer to Thanksgiving - hope everyone has a good week. When I look at the last 7 weeks, I've maintained or gained as many weeks as I've lost. So, I don't know if I can lose the 8 lbs in 6 weeks to meet my goal. Still, I should come very close and finally say good by to the 160's.

today: 160.2 -- STILL with the 160s!! BUT this should mean I'll be out next week!!
I think it's time to reevaluate the TD goal. In the 7 weeks I've been counting my calories, I've averaged a 1 lb a week lost. I've lost only 7 lbs!! Going with this I don't think I'm going to lose 15 lbs in 6 weeks! :explode: I think about 6 lbs will be about right to put me at 154 lbs by TD. I'll make Dec 31 my new target date to lose the additional 9 lbs!
