what do you drink when you go out

I only drink diet coke0

Smirnoff Ice is always my go to. Every bar I've ever been to has em, and they taste exactly like Sprite/7Up. I despise the taste of alcohol, but I don't really taste it in those. After about 2-3, I'm feelin pretty good. (Yeah, I'm a super lightweight  )
I recently tried a Bud Light Lime-A-Rita and those aren't bad.

Jack and Diet is my drink of choise lately.0
-
Diet Pepsi, ice and lemon :drinker:
Wine is my nemesis - best to keep away0 -
I factor my calories ahead of time and as crazy as this sounds, I bring my own diet 7 up in my bag. I like whiskey (68 calories) with a Diet 7up OR I whip up a Skinny Girl martini. Yum!:happy:0
-
sweet tea......or unsweet tea......I'm usually too cheap to order alcohol out.0
-
Guinness. The drinking man's light beer.0
-
Water, no lemon. Just plain' ole water.0
-
Gin and tonic is my go-to drink! It's my favorite alcoholic drink.0
-
gin and vodka are good choices- one ounce of gin has about 64 calories (that's a jigger full) so a gin and diet tonic or diet 7-up and lime is a lo cal and refreshing choice.0
-
Usually if its a restaurant I'll order water or tea. If its a bar, I'll have a beer or two. Although, I'm trying to cut down on the beer. Such empty calories!0
-
diet coke with or without vodka depending on the situation as its low cal0
-
A variety of things depending on where I go.
-A nearby Italian restaurant: Moscato wine.
-Granite City restaurant/brewery: giant mug of their light beer
-Japanese restaurant: Sake and/or hot tea
-Pool hall: bottle of Corona with a lime slice.
If calories are tight its plain ice water for me.0 -
Start off with rum and diet coke then finish off with everything/anything in sight. I'm a sloppy drinker :ohwell:0
-
EVERYTHING!!!! I'm not very good at moderation when I'm out.... :blushing:
I usually start with good intentions and have gin slimline tonic or vodka diet coke saying I'll only have a couple then I'll go onto just slimline tonic or diet coke but after a few I'll generall start on tequilla and jager and it's all downhill form there.....Start off with rum and diet coke then finish off with everything/anything in sight. I'm a sloppy drinker :ohwell:
This is me, completely. :laugh:0 -
Bloody Mary! It's got vegetables. Tasty, drunken vegetables.0
-
Out to dinner = sweet tea
Bar= beer0 -
If I want alcohol, I drink vodka and soda. It's about 121 calories...
I usually just drink tap or sparkling water if I'm not drinking alcohol though. Don't be fooled by "diet" drinks though!0 -
I like that idea. Thanks. I will try plain soda water with lime. Nobody will be the wiser.0
-
Usually, I'll stick to diet coke, or low-cal *flavoured soda water.
But so help me God if the tequila shots sneak out...0 -
When I want alcohol I have been unsure what to drink. I want the most bang for my calories. LOL0
-
Nothing alcoholic. I'm the designated driver. I've been sober for almost 7 yrs so maybe a cranberry juice.0
-
That is a thought...mixers bump up the calories. hhmmm....0
-
Gin or vodka and soda water with lime. It's a very simple taste and the only calories come from the alcohol. 69-82 calories, no sugar, and no aspartame! :drinker:0
-
@ckametria: Kudos!! Regardless of your reasons, 7 years is an amazing accomplishment, congrats. :flowerforyou:0
-
Unsweetened ice tea if I'm not drinking alcohol. A martini has surprisingly few calories, although I can only drink one. (Which may be a good thing anyway.)0
-
I just drink. I also have a life outside of health and fitness. Everything is not health and fitness. All drinks are between 100 and 200 calories. So, just order a beer and relax. Relaxing, having a beer, and socializing is OK.0
-
Sprite (Diet if available) and coconut rum.0
-
My fav guilt free drink is vodka tonic w/ plenty of limes. ONE will usually do the trick!0
