Thursday (7/26) MINI CHALLENGE!

I'm early so I can sleep in late tomorrow :)

Who wants sexy legs? Strong legs? (Me! Me! Me!)

200 CALF RAISES!
2/3rd Week? Add weight or increase # from last week!

Level 1: From floor
Level 2: Heels hanging off any kind of step (I do mine off edge of treadmill or a step)
Level 3: Add weights in your hands just hanging at your sides. No weights? Get creative!

DEFINITELY stretch BEFORE , BETWEEN SETS & AFTER. Trust me!
