I'm in did 210 last week. I think 40 from teh stair and 160 from teh floor. Plan to do at least that again.0

I was able to do 250 (in sets of 50 each) using 2 big cans of tomato sauce as my weights. Unfortunately that was the heaviest thing I could find (that we had 2 of), but I still felt the burn in my arms so I guess it worked out
I did a different thing each set of 50 (shoulders, biceps (x2), triceps (x2)).
