    Oy i got some catching up to do. missed my goal yesterday so need to complete those (30 of them) add me in for the calf raises (which are so easy to do at work! love it!)

    I am in! I have learn to feel a really good burn is to start heavy and lighten the load as your continue on. it gets hard!

    This is my first time doin a challenge. Ive never done very many of those so my calves are burnin. I only managed 100. Hopefully I can do the last half later today.
