So I tried the challenge and holy moly it felt great and was so proud of myself for 1. Doing it and 2. continuing with my workout after it it
I think I'm going to make this a mid week mini challenge evey week and slowly increase the number of lifts and add in weights.0 -
this morning i realized i was supposed to do 250 not 200 so i did 50 this morning. DONE!0
