Started doing Stronglifts back in December of last year. With the exception of DLs and rows, I do all my lifts with dumbbells, without the assistance of a rack, so they're a bit nerfed weight wise.

    Current 3x5 numbers:

DB squats: 150 lbs (body weight)
    DB OHP: 60 lbs
    DB Bench: 70 lbs

    Deadlift: 205 lbs
    Rows: 90 lbs

I'm sort of slow at progressing because I went years without LBM from a decade's worth of anorexia--but when I started, even lifting a 10lb dumbbell was work. That being said, based on lifting the last 7 months (went from a sort of cobbled together program to essentially Stronglifts 5x5), I now do (as of yesterday):

    5x5
    OHP 50
    DL 125
    Squat 110
    Bench 65
    Row 70

1 set each, 10-15 reps per set

    Bench: 100 lbs
    DB Row: 35 lbs
    Pull-downs: 140 lbs
    Shoulder Press: 85 lbs
    Squat: 155 lbs
    Leg Press: 310 lbs

    I LOVE LIFTING!!!

I'm interested in height and weights with the stats, otherwise the numbers don't mean anything to me.

I'm sure I'll be fussed at because I don't know what every lift is called. I just try to mix up different things my trainer has shown me in the past and hit my biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and legs. I typically do 3 sets of 12 reps for each lift, and I do this 2X/week:

Biceps: 15lbs each arm and 30lbs curls on the pulley machine thingie :ohwell:
Triceps: 15lbs behind my head lifting up and 30lbs pulling down on the pulley machine thingie
Chest press (?): 15lbs in each hand
Back & Shoulders: 10lb bent rows (my back is weak, working on strengthening it), hands on top of the bar and then hands under the bar
Legs: 55lbs extending my legs and 55lbs bending my legs, plus lots of lunges and squats just using body weight

I really should get my trainer to tell me exactly what I'm doing, and I would love to get some advice!

I really love this!! This is exactly what I am doing...and same thign with the trainer!! I dont know what the crap it is all called, but I am doing it!

Curls, rows, the whole Funcercize beginners workout ( I just follow the video and work along, I don't pay attention to what the moves are called), using 5 lb. dumbbells. I do about 60 crunches and about 40 squats using weights for the squats. Progress has been excellent. Once in a while I'lll do some of it with 8-lb. weights, if I'm not too sore from hauling manure..

Squats : 65 lbs ( not much, but hey, you gotta start somewhere! )
    LegPress : 180 lbs
Standing Calf raise : 230 lbs

    :)

That squat size is no start baby! Good job!!!! :))

When gals are putting up these squat numbers....what machine or how are you doing these? With weights to the side? Or barbell on shoulders?
