What is your goal for August?

1. Lose 5+ pounds
2. Be able to run half a mile straight without stopping

So.. I want the scale to say 160 or less. That's 11 lbs. I'm moving out of state and leaving my gym and everything I know routine weight loss thus far. I'm scared to death. I want to be totally prepared for that move. Also I want to be in a size 12 jeans by the end of the month. Currently I can wear a 14, but I'm still doing 16's so I can tuck it all under lol. I'm training hard 3 days a week and adding at least 2 other workouts in as well.0

I have several for August:
1. Let my tendons and ligaments heal.
2. Finish the Color Run on the 25th.
3. Continue to workout 5 days a week even though school starts.
4. Lose 4 lbs!0 -
Log every day, exercise at least 30 minutes every day and lose 10 lbs0

just started 30DS so to get good progress with that would be good0

This month I have lost 12 pounds. That would be as the same for August but I am shooting for 10 pds. Yea I know that is alot but I can do it. Exercise 5 days a week, 3 are cardio and 2 are strength training.0

Learn how to ride a bike.

1. Walk alittle more
2.Start some new exercises
3. Looking at trying Shakeology Turbo Fire.
4.Eat more fruits and veggies
5. Drink more water:drinker:
6. Help support others on MFP as much as I can :happy:

Exersize at least 4 x's/week, stay within my cals and be in ONEderLand!! : )0

My goal is to stick to my goal and exercise at least 4 days a week and add strength training in there somewhere.0

Work out at least 5 days per week
Stay within my daily calorie goals at least 6 days per week
Limit alahol to 1 day per week
Hopefully staying on target will result in at least 4 lbs gone... we shall see!0 -
I'm 168.8 right now. I'd be happy getting down to 162.8, but would be OVERJOYED to hit 160.0.0

I just started and will have my first weigh in tomorrow. My goal for August is to stay committed to following the program of counting calories and exercising. I would love to lose 5 pounds but will be happy as long as it is in the downward direction. It didn't come on overnight, or even over a month, and it will take some time to get it off.0

I'd like to get consistent with my exercise again: running at least 3 times per week, working out at least 5 times per week. I also need to get consistent with healthy eating again. Getting my sleep schedule on track would be a huge plus, i've fallen into the summer rut of staying up with my teens late into the night and then sleeping in. it's making me feel all draggy.
I also would absolutely be thrilled if I could end August under 150 pounds. I weighed in at 154.4 today so i'm fairly close. It's so hard for me to lose once I get into the 150s!0 -

For August I have a goal to break that 300 mark, and to get down at least one pants size. I know I can do it and it will be done.0
