What is your goal for August?

    I was just thinking of adjusting my monthly goal down to 8 or 10 pounds per month since my body isn't cooperating with 12. Take me a little longer to get to my goal that way but at least I won't get so discouraged if I don't make it and if I do, I'll be extra happy because I did more than I expected. We'll see how it works. Starting an experiment with lowering my sodium intake to see if that really works for me in weight loss, so we'll see how it goes.
  • Get under 160... which means losing about seven pounds. I'm also committing to working out at least one weekend day. There's something to be said for writing down your goals and sharing them. Somehow it gives it more credibility and I'm more motivated to acheive it!

    Loose 40 pounds. For to be @ 160 and under. I think I can do it.
