    I think usually 1200 - 1400 when I am trying to lose weight. I have a slow metabolism even when I exercise regularly.

    About 2200-2300 total, which would probably be about 1800 plus exercise calories, to maintain. I lose a little over a half pound a week on 2000.

    Thats what I'm hoping for!!

    I use Dan's IPOARM, so my cals are set at 1660. But that doesn't change with exercise. And I'm steadily losing.

    I go for 1200 a day regardless or how much exercise. I might go up to 1500 but never more than that.

    I am maintaining and trying to focus on fitness so I eat anywhere from 1900 to 2500. When I was losing I ate 1500 to 1800. I tested my tdee calculations to figure out what I could truly eat to maintain and then decreased from there to lose. It was a long process but it was worth it.
