    4 mile run this evening. Getting close to my goal. Dinos and Denise, thanks as always for this challenge and the motivation it provides. There was a time when I had just gotten back from trip and was a week behind, and then I got sick, and I thought I wouldn't be able to make my goal, but because of you guys I pushed myself to do a little extra every day to get myself back on track. You have definitely had a hand in making me healthier and work harder, so thank you. And Dinos, that's a lot of miles!! You are my hero.

    It was 99.6* with a breeze when I went walking this evening!! Not much fun but I did get in a little over 4 miles today!

    I am new to the monthly challenge, but I have certainly benefited from it over the past two months. So I say, thank you Dinos and Bluiz13 for keeping it going for people like me :)

    Today's miles: 3.5 elliptical, 1.75 jogging treadmill, 3 walking treadmill. BTW, I never tried jogging until I started the Move Your *kitten* Challenge.

    Ran 2.74 miles this morning in 26:46 for a pace of 9:46 min/mile. Now, I'll have to try to keep that pace for longer runs! :ohwell: Will update with my walking miles this evening.

    3.5 miles this am - morning run 1 of 3 for this week (behind due to tropical storm isaac - i'll get them done though)

    46.77/60 complete
    i will push to get the last 13.23 miles in by friday (not going to say NOT likely i'll make 60 but i will push on trying...)
