    Added another 4.5 over the weekend. I think my goal for this month was a bit much. Still going to try my best but afraid I may need to lower it next month.

    I am going to need to be getting in more miles if I want to hit my goal this month. I am not willing to do the treadmill more days only becuase I am trying to alternate with work out videos so that means I either need to run faster or stay on longer each time... probably ought to do both.

    5.7 today walking with my neighbor and doing the Tough Mudder bootcamp (and keeping my pedometer on all day...I'll say it didn't gain me much b/c I was at my desk pretty much all day pftttt)

    Couldn't get walk/jog in this morning due to thunder and lightning. Tried tonight and just wasn't feeling it. Plus, strapped for time because of training. So, up early tomorrow (weather permitting) to try to get back on track. Need to get more biking in :grumble:

    8-1: 6 mi walk/jog
    8-3: 6 mi walk/jog
    8-4: 2 mi bike
    8-6: 7 mi walk/jog
    8-8: 6 mi walk/jog
    8-9: 6 mi bike
    8-10: 6 mi walk/jog
    8-13: 2 mi walk/jog

    Total: 41 miles: 33 walk/jog, 8 bike

    Goal: 80 miles: 50 walk/jog, 30 bike
