Overweight maybe, obese at those numbers doubtful. Based on height you prob should at optimal be 125-135.

    First, that's ridiculous.
Second, you have a gorgeous body. I want to look like that! Seriously though, you're about 10 lbs lighter than I am and I'd love to get rid of 10 lbs :p

    I agree

It's been 7 years since they posted, I don't think they care if you agree or not...

Wow how rude are u. Excuse me for agreeing

It is not rude to point out this is an old thread and OP is long gone.

There isn't really much point agreeing now.

That means if you work out the fat you would be left with 98 lbs... so unless you are 4' 5 then the guy is trying to sell you something, or just doing it wrong.

She would have to keep 14-20% BF as an ideal amount to be ideally lean.

41%-20%=21% to get rid of. Which of 162 lbs is 34lbs. 162-34 is 128lbs, assuming she kept all current muscle. That is within a healthy weight because its a 22 BMI.

There is no way you're at 41% body fat... I was ALOT bigger than you and I was at like 34-35% when I started.

This is a zombie thread :P

Haha, it was a zombie in 2014. Now it is ULTIMATE ZOMBIE!!!!!

I wonder what the thread about if cigarettes had calories would be? That was a bumped thread from 2008.

Definitely talk to the manager. That guys' behavior is not okay.
You also need a better evaluation than something they stuck on you at a gym while trying to sell you stuff. A doctor can do it accurately with calipers.
