    Oh wait, not done training for century and half-ironman. Oh well.

    Wish I would have seen this at the beginning of August....maybe next year? Not sure if I'll be able to do next month...can try all depends on the weather (and my neighbor's schedule since I swim in her pool) :D Also I am a new swimmer (just learning).

    Run/Walk = 94.25 miles
    Bike = 224.1 miles

    30 miles of this week's Run/Walk have been of the Run variety which I am very proud of since I couldn't run 100 yards 4 months ago. Each day this week I have done a .4 mile warm up walk followed by 5 miles of "running" (12 min. miles).

    No swimming this month, but I do have swim training scheduled to start Sep 5th.

    I'm liking the idea of what is your percentage for your goal. Since we all strive for different totals perhaps, % of your own goal makes more sense - don't ya think?

    Probably would apply to weight loss too, since last 5 lbs can be so difficult, but would be great to see what % of total goal.

    I also like the percentage idea.

    My totals on Aug 20 (64.5% of 31 days):

    -- Swim 7.78 miles (62.5% of 12 miles)
    -- Bike 41.1 (76.6% of 53.6 miles)
    -- Hike 46.9 (64.8% of 75 miles),
    -- Elevation gain 2.350m (78.5% of 3,000m)

    In theory I'm on track to reach all of my goals :bigsmile:

    My friend your goals are sky high, you're over 50% on each one of them. Don't worry about %s, you move a ****load of miles anyway
