    Biking so far 160miles
    Swimming going good been masters swimming 2-3 times a week, 3 lake swims

    Running only 10 miles so far, hurt my heel so not going to make run again

    My totals on Aug 30:

    -- Bike 49.9 (53.6 miles)
    -- Hike 65 (75 miles),
    -- Elevation gain 2,920m (3,000m)

    I'll reach my cycling goal tomorrow and I'll end up 10 miles short on the hiking. Very proud I made my swimming goal, it was the highlight of the month

    Short on run again this month took 3 weeks off running due to injury
    Swim and bikes goals exceeded.

    Totals for Aug:
    Running = 152 miles
    Biking = 357 miles

    I exceeded on both of those goals but did no swimming.

    Swim training starts on Wed. and I am traing for my first half marathon in 8 weeks.
