    Options
    Add another 5.4 miles jogging/walking and 20 miles biking today. I set new standards for myself today jogging almost non-stop for 5 miles. It was a pretty slow pace but I maintained it and after a short warm up walk did 5 miles in an hour. I am very please as 4 months ago I was obese and smoking and couldn't have jogged 100 yards at any pace.

    Then I hit the bike and did 20 miles at 18 mph avg. which is a personal best. I don't think I could have done that when I was young and fit.

    A pretty good day for me. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow. :D

    Did an open water swim this week, in a beautiful Welsh lake. It was great! So.... finally made it into the water!
