Never did that... I have issues going out alone. I don't like attention, (believe it or not) and like having someone around me to be a buffer helps...

I think that is completely normal...it feels weird/odd
When I was a recruiter and traveled to different schools out of state, if I didn't have dinner plans with a recruit I would sat in my hotel room solo and order room service....

BUT DH takes the kids to the GYm daycare on Saturday am then out to b-fast and the library...so those are my few hours to re-group

I do 20 minutes on the treadmill.
Warm-up for 5 minutes
jog for 1 minute at 6.5pmh
walk for 1 minute
run for 45-60 seconds on 7.0mph
walk for 1 minute
walk on an incline of 15% for 1 minute
walk at 0% incline for 1 minute
run for 30-45 seconds on 7.5mph
walk for 1 minute
run for 20-30 seconds on 8.0mph
walk for 1 minute
walk on an incline of 15% for 1 minute
walk at 0% incline for 1 minute
walk fast for 1 minute on 4.2mph
walk for 1 minute
sprint for 20-45 seconds on 9.0mph
Cool down for 5 minutes.
