Cottage cheese/pineapple.
Pears
Apricots.
Duck eggs,
Mushrooms.
Banana chips.
Nakd Bars.
Apple chips.0 -
walnuts
dried apricots
cottage cheese with tomato and basil
ryvita with cheese
peanut butter (sometimes on something but usually just a big scoop)
fresh fruit
Dark chocolate covered almonds (but just a few because they can be dangerous!)0 -
Almonds, fruit, yoghurt, snack sized rice cracker packets, boiled egg, carrot sticks, prunes.
These seem to be my main ones. Or plain biscuits (cookies??) if I have enough cals with a cup of tea for my evening "snack". It depends on what I want. I do find that I crave less now that I started eating almonds. I has helped me HEAPS. I am not talking about a few though, LOL I will usually have about 40 grams which is around 40 almonds for my "snack". But it works for me. Good luck finding what "works" for you0 -
I have an apple and string cheese. It is the only thing that fills me up snack wise.0

My favoriet go to snack is fresh sugar snap peas. They have them bagged and ready to eat at the supermarket too! My young grandchildren (Six and two years of age) have taken a fancy to them as well. I also have to agree with the frozen fruit posts above, my favorites are strawberries allowed to come slightly unfrozen. My family likes to put non-dairy whipped topping on those slightly thawed strawberries too.0

Strawberries, watermelon, Gerbers Graduate lil' Crunchies, and sliced cucumbers with cider vinegar and salt. Oh, and string cheese!0

If you want something sweet then try nonfat flavored yogurt with a tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut and chopped almonds. It's awesome! At night I like apples, celery and carrots with cream cheese(a nice way to spice up your veggies), and especially dry cereal. I buy natures path organic kamut puffs, rice puffs and corn puffs. Only 50 calories a cup (60 for the corn puffs), all natural and no sugar!! Plus it tastes great, especially with cinnamon!0

I love any flavor of Laughing Cow cheese wedge (35 cal.) spread on a Doctor Kracker pumpkin seed cheddar cracker (100 cal). Just enough crunch to satisfy me! :-)0
-
Nut and fruit mix, or home made muesli with yoghurt, fruit, tuna and crackers, raw veg but that needs to be eaten before i "need" a quick fix, some great ideas here...0
-
Trader Joe's sweet potato tortilla chips and Trader Joe's tomato basil hummus! Yumm!0
-
All these things have already been mentioned, but for me it's hard boiled egg, an apple, yogurt, or almonds0

Sometimes when I want a snack I find that I'm really just thirsty. For the last 5 weeks or so, I've been drinking a tall glass of crystal lite or similar. It's working for me so far. I have nearly eliminated nighttime snacking.....but introduced night time trips to the bathroom If I'm really hungry a hard boiled egg does the trick.0
-
cottage cheese and pineapples; almonds; apples w/peanut butter...but if my sweet tooth is really bad: pudding cup w/vanilla wafers0
-
My snack is usually protein - Greek yogurt, deli meat (I like Hormel Natural Choice ham or turkey) with Dijon mustard mixed with a tiny bit of mayo, sometimes string cheese or a hard boiled egg.0
-
My go to snacks are the chobani champions greek yogurt, fresh coconut water (it fills me up quick for some reason) and vitatops.0

Homemade protein bars--I make the Jamie Eason ones in chocolate, carrot cake, and pumpkin walnut. They're sweetened with Stevia so they satisfy a sweet tooth and get your protein in at the same time. Top the chocolate ones with peanut butter, and top the others with cinnamon or nutmeg. Heat in microwave--I don't know how I lived without them!!!
Here are recipe links if anyone's interested: Don't overcook these or they dry out!! Cut up and store in fridge until you're ready to eat. I eat a couple of these with a cup of strawberries...DELICIOUSNESS!!

CANTALOUPE.
FREAKIN'.
CANTALOUPE.
For a mere 200 or so calories, a whole medium Cantaloupe is a scrumptious, juicy, and refreshing little melon PACKED with vitamins C and A, and it's a great source of fiber!
So, it;s mainly water, AND it's high-fiber! Definitely keeps away the hunger until my next meal, and it refreshes me after a long, hot afternoon!0 -
VitaTops
Kind of an expensive addiction of mine as well. All flavors. Amazing when paired with a vanilla protein shake for what feels like a cheat meal!
Other than that, Black seedless grapes for a sweet fix or popcorn for a salty/crunchy fix.0 -
