    My biggest daily goal right now is to DRINK MY WATER :angry: .
    I have gotten out of the habit and am not drinking nearly enough water anymore!
    My poor body is thirsty! Coffee and diet soda isn't enough, gotta get in my daily water!!!

    So that is my daily goal.

    Newbies -- a few of us Sixers started Money Jars as a reward system. I even had a killer spreadsheet to track mine. If I drank my water, I gave myself $0.25 daily. If I ran a mile, I gave myself $1.00 (that one was a big challenge). I even put personal things on there like for every day I was bright and happy and smiled at people (forcing myself to be in a good mood), I gave myself $0.25. I had the oppportunity to earn $2.10 daily myself, I think. Then whatever was in that jar was mine to do with as I pleased. For me though, I needed the daily placing of the change into the jar. Some people can say, "When I reach this goal, I'll get a pedicure" and do well with that. Me on the other hand -- I needed the daily affirmation. "Oh Look, another 4 quarters and a dime in my jar!! :drinker: " I just wanted to let you all know a few of us had that reward system and loved it. I would TOTALLY start back with my money jar but frankly I'm flat broke and it's a no go. My monthly $25 gym membership (starting in November) is going to be my only monthly "reward".

    My liquid plan for the day (haha):

    Morning -- coffee (about 2 cups)
    Morning -- diet green tea (counts for me for 2 cups of water)
    Lunch -- diet Cheerwine (it's a soda for those not from the South :wink: )
    Afternoon -- 4 cups of water (Nalgene bottle)
    Dinner -- 2 cups of kool aid (counts for me as water)
    Bedtime -- 2 cups of water (straight water..... I'm gonna force this issue with myself)


    Isn't it sad this is my biggest goal right now? So weird. I can control the food issues, I think (my new night time snacking and sweets) but I need to focus on my liquid intake.

    Booooo! I have been blocked from emailing them for 10 minutes. Poo. I was getting ready to email Alli### (I can't remember her numbers in her username :laugh: ). I gotta remember where I was so I can go back and keep sending reminder emails to get them on this new thread!!!!
