1. Empty free weights area!
2. Seeing more elderly people at the gym - I've seen an elderly lady (70+ years old) lifting some light weights in the free weights area - my heart melted! I hope I am like her when I am her age!
3. I love walking into the gym and realising that those annoying groups of men that go to socialise rather than work-out are NOT there!
4. Staff members are willing to stop for a minute to have a short conversation - especially if it's FREE advise or tips!
5. Hearing a great song on my iPod and getting completely into the zone!0 -
Empty free weights area is a massive plus
Not that I use many, its just some of the people who seem to send a lot of time there are extremely ill mannered(dragged up)0 -
seeing my crush wearing that tank top that goes right about to her belly button... it shows off her abs...0

1. Men working on their back - especially if they are in a douchy ripped open tank.
2. My husband doing deadlifts.
3. Friendly staff - especially if they are puttering and cleaning when they dont really need to be, or if they do a set in order to help someone with their form.
4. Clean machines.
5. Emptiness - I work out at a local community center and it is ALWAYS full of teenagers. It just isn't big enough for ****ing around the free weights.
6. My own progress! Love the huge mirrors - Is that a new visible muscle? Is that my hot *kitten*? Amazing!0 -
I LOVE seeing my man rep 345 on the bench press! Nothing sexier!0

Really HOT men with muscles. RAWR0

I get to see a bunch of sweaty soldiers working out. It's awesome that I can keep up with them. But the ultimate for me is seeing a soldier in prosthetics still keeping his/her head up and looking like a boss making those weights their beeootch!
That's my muthafuggin motivation!0
