5'3", about 132 lbs, and 29 years old. I eat 1900 (which already includes my exercise calories), though I do exercise a lot (when I determined that TDEE # I used 5-6 hrs of vigorous exercise per week).
ETA when I am on my weekly target, I am losing weight eating this amount.0 -
5'6" and 33 year old female. , weighing in at 235lbs, currently eating 1230 Cals a day. I worry that I'm not eating enough.0

5'5", 50, started at 160 and was eating 1600 + exercise calories; now down to 131, trying to maintain at 1800+ and still slowly losing.
It's possible I'm a outlier.0 -
5'3.5" 120 lbs and maintaining around 2350 calories. Trying to bulk, so I've upped to 2450.0

Age 42, 5'5", 25% BF, 172 pounds (129 pounds lean mass), maintain at 2700-2800 calories per day. Currently implementing a cut to 2100-2200 calories on non-lifting days...I have been losing about 1% bodyfat per month and have been staying the same weight. I don't have a goal weight but I would like to be at 20% body fat ultimately. Active: Crossfit 3-4 x per week, power lift 3x per week, oly lifting class 2 hours per week, run/hike 1-2 hours per week, yoga class once or twice per week, and I have a job that requires me to stand up and move around the entire time.0

I now eat 1580 since I have an active job.I think I would struggle eating only 1200 calories a day as I reach that number by lunch time0

I'm 5'4" and 167 lbs. I'm eating 1500 calories a day. I've lost 11 pounds in the last 11 weeks. Also lost 11 inches off my measurements. I go to Curves and walk and do yard work like lawn mowing. My concern is that my net calories are under 1200 most days and the instructions say not to do that. I'm also wondering if I should eat more or less since I exercise most every day quite a bit.0

I'm 5'6, 149 (GW: 130) and I eat 1600-1800 cals per day.0

I'm 5'7", starting weight 307lbs and currently 186 I eat 1500-1800 depending on exercise and am still losing.0

I'm 5' 6" (ish) eating between 1200 and 1700 calories a day plus exercise calories. Depending on how I feel - I don't care if I don't lose weight at this point, but I don't mind losing weight. So I allow up to maintenance.0

5'9", 168 lbs, 1610 + half of my exercise calories allowed.0

I'm 5' 7" and have a really small appetite, most days I struggle to get 1200 a day, even when I've been to the gym. I have my calories on MFP set to 1540 to lose 1lb a week, but I rarely meet or go over.0

5'6", 115, 1200 - 1800 day depending on if I excercise, eating back all my excercise cals.0

I'm 5'5", 164 lbs (GW is 140). I'm eating about 1400 net calories per day. I had been eating more like 1600, but I've been going out a bit more recently, so I'm trying to eat less when I'm at home to compensate for the occasional night of drinking and 2 AM tacos :P It seems to be shaking out just fine for now.
1200 is not sustainable for me - 1400 is about my limit, and even then, I've definitely been making the effort to be mindful of what I eat. Anything below 1400 and I'm just hungry, grumpy, and miserable. I've always had a good appetite, and I get dizzy and headache-y when I'm hungry. I'm actually very surprised I've been able to get down to 1400 - prior to starting MFP, I was eating at least 2000 cals a day, so it's been quite the adjustment.0 -
5 5" 131 pounds and eat 1250 calories a day which was set by mfp. Not lost weight but have started to loose inches. I exercises 6 days a week. Go running, use cross trainer and do Jillian Michaels fitness DVDs. Drink 2 litre of water.0

I'm 5'4", weigh 134#, and MFP tried to set my calories at 1200 but I wouldn't let it! This site (below), which put me at 1326 including a slight deficit for weight loss, was recommended to me by a couple people whose information and opinions I trust. I prefer to have my TDEE based on sedentary, since I do sit at a desk all day, that way I can track my exercise and see those calories burned.

So if Scooby puts me at 1759, should I be doing that instead of the 1200 cal?0 -
I'm 5'8 and I weight 172 pounds, and I eat about 1800-2000 on lifting days and about 1500-1600 on non lifting days.0

Quite a few. Ate an entire steak by myself, been eating out at junkfood fast-food places, still losing. I've stopped really tracking anymore.0
-

I'm 5'6, 194 lbs. [female] and somewhere between 1.380 and 1,410 a day, and sometimes more depending on how many calories I burn. I don't consume all burned calories but I cut into it to ensure I eat enough.0

I'm 25 years of age, 5'6" in height, ~115 lbs in weight, fairly active and I'm pretty consistent in eating 1900 - 2000 calories a day. My diet is mostly raw fruits and veggies though.0
-
Anywhere from 1400 to 1600. It all depends on my exercise that day.0
-
I'm 5'5" and 106 pounds. I eat on average 1740 calories and burn on average 180 calories.0

5'1, 26 yrs old, 133.5 pounds. My TDEE is 1750, but I'm not going to eat 1750 on low burn days, such as yoga. So I have a range around 1500-1750. I always make sure that I net at least 1200 calories. I used to eat 1850, but then I recalculated my TDEE because I had lost weight.0

I'm 5'10" and 200lbs please add me. I need fit buddies.0

I'm 5'6" & weight 133lbs. Currently I eat on average 1,450 calories a day but MFP has me with a goal to eat 1,700 a day to lose .5lb each week to reach my goal. I used to weigh 125lbs, but ended up gaining weight due to an inadequate diet.0
